Celebrity Solstice · departs Sydney, 9 April 2027 · arrives Honolulu 23 April
Across the Pacific the way it used to be done: four island calls in Fiji and Samoa, ten days at sea, and the same Saturday lived twice as you cross the International Date Line. One way on the renewed Celebrity Solstice, ending in Hawaii.
5 of 6 cabin types still open · Ocean View, Veranda, Concierge Class, AquaClass and The Retreat
This is a voyage rather than a holiday cruise, and that is the appeal. Four days at sea carry you north-east from Sydney to Fiji, where Lautoka keeps the ship until ten at night and Suva, the capital, follows the next day. Then Samoa: Apia, where Robert Louis Stevenson spent his last years at Vailima, and, after crossing the International Date Line overnight, Pago Pago in American Samoa, one of the deepest natural harbours in the South Pacific, on the same calendar day. Five days at sea follow, the kind of stretch that makes a crossing feel like one, before the ship arrives in Honolulu at seven in the morning. Stay on in Waikiki for a few days, or fly home from there.

One-way sailing: flights to Sydney and home from Honolulu are not included, ask us to quote them. Pago Pago and Honolulu are US ports, so every guest needs to meet US entry requirements before sailing; most Australians travel on an ESTA. The ship crosses the International Date Line between Apia and Pago Pago, so Saturday 17 April happens twice. All times are local and subject to change. Lead-in fare is per person, twin share, taxes and fees included, at the time of publishing.
