Silver Cloud at a glance
Silver Cloud is a ship from Silversea, launched in 1994, carrying 254 guests. It is known for being a luxury expedition ship, with a butler for every suite and Zodiac landings led by an expedition team. Silver Cloud was Silversea's first ship and was rebuilt as an ice-class expedition ship in 2017. It keeps the line's all-suite luxury, with a butler for every suite, and adds a fleet of Zodiacs and an expedition team of naturalists and guides.
In Australia Silver Cloud is the Kimberley ship: from about May to September it sails between Broome and Darwin, landing guests by Zodiac at waterfalls, gorges and rock art sites, and carries fewer guests than usual on these voyages.
