Three nights is just enough to see what the fuss is about. Celebrity Edge sails from Sydney on Friday afternoon, and Saturday is a day at sea: the Magic Carpet, the Rooftop Garden, the spa and a long lunch. On Sunday she spends the day in Eden, on the far south coast of New South Wales, from seven until four: walk the headland, visit the Killer Whale Museum, or take a boat out on Twofold Bay. Back in Sydney at half past six on Monday morning.
