If you have been wondering whether a cruise suits you, this is the one to find out on. Two days at sea leave plenty of time for the Magic Carpet, the Rooftop Garden and a few of Edge’s restaurants. The port day is Hobart, nine hours alongside from eight in the morning: MONA by ferry up the Derwent, Salamanca Place and Battery Point on foot from the wharf, or the road up kunanyi / Mount Wellington for the view over the city and the river. In November the evenings are long and the gardens are in flower. Back in Sydney at half past six on 11 November.
