Six nights is long enough to settle into ship life and still be back within the week. After a day at sea, Celebrity Edge comes alongside in Hobart at eight in the morning: MONA by ferry, Salamanca Place, or the summit of kunanyi / Mount Wellington, with the Tasmanian summer at its best. Another day at sea, then Melbourne, nine hours for the laneways and cafes, the Queen Victoria Market or a run out to the Yarra Valley, and a last day at sea home to Sydney on 31 January.
