The overnight in Adelaide is what sets this one apart. The ship arrives at half past nine in the morning and stays until eight the following evening, so there is time for a full day in the Barossa and another in the Adelaide Hills or McLaren Vale, with a night in the city between. Before that comes Hobart, for MONA, Salamanca Place and the Coal River Valley, and after it Melbourne, for the Yarra Valley, the laneways or a last round of Christmas shopping. Every port is followed by a day at sea, and you are home in Sydney on 22 December.
