Late February is when the grape harvest begins in South Australia, and the overnight in Adelaide gives you two days to enjoy it. The ship arrives at half past nine in the morning and sails at eight the next evening, time for the Barossa one day and the Adelaide Hills or McLaren Vale the next. Hobart comes first, for MONA and the Coal River Valley, and Melbourne last, for the Yarra Valley or an afternoon in the laneways. With a day at sea after every port it is an easy pace, and you are back in Sydney on 29 February.
